Mälekon is an abbreviation for Mälardalens Universitets Ekonomistuderandes Förening and is a student association in Västerås. 

The association’s goal is to increase the cohesion between the economics students at the school and to facilitate the students’ situation during their studies both in terms of education and social life inside and outside the school.

The association also wants to work to strengthen the graduates’ attractiveness both in the labor market and in society in general and it all depends on the people in the board.
